Welcome to Kemijärvi, Lapland’s Lake District! Visit Kemijärvi is a tourism marketing organisation for the Kemijärvi region.
Visit Kemijärvi’s main tasks in brief:
- We coordinate tourism marketing and communication in the region.
- We provide customer service and advice through the available online service channels and by telephone.
- We support and advise the Tourist Information Office of the City of Kemijärvi on InfoPoints.
- We produce tourist brochures and maps.

Kemijärvi InfoPoint points
The City of Kemijärvi Service Point Sortteeri operates as a tourism InfoPoint during the opening hours of the service point at Vapaudenkatu 8, street level. There you will find Kemijärvi tourism brochures and maps. In addition, brochures are distributed at InfoPoint points in the city centre; in shops, ABC station, railway station, library, hotels and tourism businesses in the area.
